LEARN TO RACE

LASERS

The VYC Learn to Race program is designed for those who have sailing experience and are looking to build their confidence and ability in racing Lasers. The eight week course is led by sailing instructor Byron Georgouras and covers a range of areas such as boat setup, capsizing, sail trim, mark rounding, race starts, tactics and boat handling.

• Eight week course 

• Taught out of the Vaucluse Yacht Club in Watsons Bay 

• Saturday mornings 9am till midday

• Includes use of training lasers & temporary membership

• Option to join the VYC racing afterwards

• Total cost is $400
