Dear Members,

 Our 2012 presentation night is on Saturday the 12th May 2012.

This year we have decided to give Tony and his helpers a break, so everybody can enjoy the night.

We have decided to have the evening catered for by Piquant Catering, they have given us a great menu, (see attachment)  at a reasonable cost per head, to be subsidised by the club.

They will also provide staff for the night, for service and cleaning up.

The cost of the night will be $40 per head, this will include dinner, beer and soft drinks.

Wine will have to be provided by individual members –so BYO Wine.

**If anybody has any special dietary needs or allergies, this can be arranged, please let me know.

As we need to get numbers of people attending  for the caterer’s, could you please email either myself or zeena@calidad.com.au and let us know if you would like to attend.

We need these numbers urgently to finalise catering.

We will also have to ask that you deposit your money into the following account :

Of course there will also be raffles including a “Full Membership” and “Boat anti-foul” provided by Noakes, with music and dancing afterwards.

It’s going to be a great night, so please come along, support your club, the winners and place getters.

Let your hair down and enjoy, before the cold sets in for winter.
